Halcyon | Peace Bridge

Student Silver Addy Award 2024

Halcyon is a bridge created to go across the Potomac River. When creating this bridge we had to write a paper on what peace meant to us. I discussed the value of water being a symbol of peace and bringing peace to a room with just it’s sounds alone. I wanted the waves of water to be seen in the bridge.
